From next week we have the chance to host Sandie and Bernie Degnan (http://www.degnanlabs.info), who are visiting our Unit as part of their sabbatical. They will be around for three months so I'm sure everybody will have the opportunity to interact with them.
The DEGNAN LABS marine genomics on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef
The marine genomic research groups of Sandie Degnan and Bernie Degnan have diverse interests in ecological and evolutionary developmental biology and genomics of coral reef invertebrates. We are based at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, with easy access to the incredible biodiversity of the Great Barrier Reef, where we do most of our field work.
