Pandora CTD data.

2015/02/26:
* Updated OS_PANDORA-ADJ-SHORT_CTD.nc because of bad data at some casts.
* Updated and renamed the WHP format file: PANDORA-CTD-BTL-WHP.zip
REPLACE AND DELETE PREVIOUS FILES IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THEM.

2014/09/04:
New files added:
OS_PANDORA-ADJ-SHORT_CTD.nc:
NetCDF file containing calibrated and flagged T,S,O2 data, 
and uncalibrated Fluorimetry and Turbidity from the "normal" CTD.

OS_PANDORA-ADJ-WHP.zip:
Files in the "WOCE Hydrographic Programme" format, containing 
calibrated and flagged T,S,O2 data from the "normal" CTD.


2013/01/23:
Pandora_ctd.zip
At this stage this zip contains the original SeaBird ASCII CTD files for each cast:
*.hdr: header file including position and date/time of cast.
*.asc: data file, variables in columns.
CTD directory: data from the "normal" CTD
CTDP directory: data from the clean CTD.

All Temperature and Conductivity sensors have been calibrated after cruise, and
calibration coefficients applied. O2 and other sensors are NOT calibrated yet.

WARNINGS:
* For the "normal" CTD, data from the secondary circuit (labelled T190C, Sal11) are noisy. 
Use data from the primary circuit (T090C, Sal00).
* Near surface data (first 20m) are probably wrong for some casts of both CTDs (pump problems, etc...).
* Please DO NOT distribute these data files, since they are not final and partly uncalibrated.

When all casts are verified and O2 data calibrated, data files will
be provided in more convenient formats (NetCDF, ODV,...) including flags for dubious values.

FIGURES:
Contours of T and S are drawn for the main cruise sections: along 163E, along 152.5E, 
across the southern entrance of Solomon Sea ("10S"), across Solomon Strait and east of it.
For some long stations (G2b, near Guadalcanal; G8 in Solomon Strait; G9b, "Kraken" station)
time-series contours are also shown.
