	Institut de la Mer de Villefranche-sur-Mer Center for Planktonic Collections of Villefranche sur Mer (CCPv)

	The J.-Ch. Pomerol Centre for Collections of Zooplankton at Villefranche-sur-Mer is an open access platform for zooplankton studies. More than 15000 samples of zooplankton collected around the world (mostly preserved in Formaldehyde and some in Ethanol) are stored at the OOV in a dedicated room with the highest health quality standard. All the samples are available for scientists for their own scientific interests. They can select to the samples using the web based application by browsing maps and chronological displays. Many samples have been analysed using the Zooscan by the VIP3 platform and most images as well as data are available. A form will be available at the web site of the EMBRC to order aliquot of samples. Scientists are also welcome to the Observatoire where offices and labs are available to carry their own research.
