Learning set for Tetiaroa experiment (Bongo, Pacific)
picheralA learning set is a set of zooplankton individual images (vignettes) sorted in directories. The directories are named according to the identification of the organisms. The PID data files are added. The Learning sets are compatible with Plankton Identifier when extracted.
This Learning has been created at Laboratoire d’Oceanographie de Villefranche sur mer to analyse 25 samples collected in the Pacific using a Bongo net.
The Learning set predicts 12 (plankton) + 4 (misc) groups.
Some of the results of this work by Erwan Delrieu Trottin are published in his Master2 thesis report.
